A good deal of precipitation falls at Patrick Lake; the month of November is the wettest with       most of the rain, and June meanwhile is the driest month. Patrick Brook is a perfect local stream, and obviously, this is a great neighborhood for folks who like lakes, Lake Cathance is a lake nearby.
