You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the White Mountains has to offer. Parmachenee Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Cupsuptic Campground is a nice local campground, and not far from Parmachenee Lake you'll locate Saturday Pond which is a wonderful lake. There are other places here than Parmachenee Lake, for example Cleveland Pond, and a quick spree to Black Cat Brook is without doubt a magnificent idea. Going for a hike
along the Old Magalloway Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and paddling on Magalloway River is so much fun.
Having a nice time at Parmachenee Lake is easy. On a great day at Parmachenee Lake you can take a hike along the Arnold Trail, and Indian Cove is reasonably close. This lake is so wonderful. The skiing at Balsams Wilderness is brilliant, and a short visit to Little Boy Falls is always worthwhile. Parmachenee Lake typically

gets a great deal of rain; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February is when it's the driest.
This lake is one of the great places here in the White Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. During the warm days of summer here at Parmachenee Lake, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. Boundary Pond
10 miles away
Drove up on the 14th of October, 1 day before season closed. First time in 35 years of going was the pond complete smooth, not a ripple. Between my friend and I, we must have caught 30-40 fish both on dry & wet flies, only keeping 4 for breakfast the next morning. It was a good mix of newly stocked (white bellies) and either hold overs or natives (deep rich colors). It was a wonderful experience!...

Lower Richardson Lake

We stayed at South Arm campground and paddled the lake every day. One night we rented a wilderness site and tented from canoes. We also drove down the road and hiked out and back on the AT.
-Great Place!...
