Parker Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Not far from Parker Pond, you'll locate Walker Pond which is a lovely lake, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Fort Knox Inn is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two. All through the warmest time of the year here at Parker Pond, high temperatures regularly get into the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. | | 20's, and overnight lows at Parker Pond through the wintertime typically drop into the 0's. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! Parker Pond is excellent! Bear Head is clearly visible from Parker Pond. at the right time of year, Narramissic River offers some fine whitewater, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at close by Snake Pond. Good hiking is available along the Sawyer Notch Trail, and
do schedule some time to stop at Spruce Head if you have a chance. Bakeman Beach is a beach close to Parker Pond that you can pop by; you can go for a hike on the Bald Mountain Trail. It's always great to check out Bagaduce Falls,
and swamps can be such out of the ordinary locations, stop at Jerrys Meadow since you're here at Parker Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Billings Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth checking out, and Eggemoggin
Oceanfront Lodge is a great location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Parker Pond is good enough to spend more than a day at, Sunshine Campground is a good local campground, and soar down the rapids of Goose Falls
in a kayak. If you came to camp Robin Hood Camp is a delightful place to do that; going for a hike on the Blue Hill Trail is always a magnificent adventure.
