Take a little trip to Little Spencer Stream if you're here at Parker Bog Ponds, and there are glorious places to discover along the Fire Warden Trail. If you need a spot to stay Bingham Motor Inn is a perfect choice, and going for a hike on the Sally Mountain Trail is always a magnificent adventure. This lake is so wonderful. There are some good whitewater spots on Spencer Stream; Heald Mountain is clearly visible from Parker Bog Ponds. Dry warm beds await

| | you at Herbert Grand Hotel, and Loon Echo Campground is a delightful local campground. From a rain point of view Parker Bog Ponds is a reasonably normal place; July is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Very beautiful scenery and good skiing is what you get at Sugarloaf USA, and do pop by Heald Pond, it's a delightful lake. Be careful coming to Parker Bog Ponds, you might not ever wanna go home again. A | |

gorgeous lake like Eagle Pond right next door to Parker Bog Ponds is a great site to visit; you can go for a hike on the Arnolds Trail. At Parker Bog Ponds during the warm months highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls
down to the 50's. Highs all through the winter are regularly in the 20's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Parker Bog Ponds. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Little Spencer Stream, and Parker
Bog Ponds is a great place to visit for more than one day, Jackman Trading Post is a great place to camp nearby.
