If you are in York county it's always a good idea to stop by Ossipee River Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. A great spot for whitewater paddling right next door to Ossipee River Reservoir is Ossipee River, and not far from Ossipee River Reservoir you'll find West Pond which is a delightful lake. Near Ossipee River Reservoir you hit upon the Weeks Brook Trail which is a delightful hiking trail; after a long day outdoors Pleasant Mountain Inn is a fine location

| | to spend a night or two. Going for a hike on the Kearsarge Trail is always a good adventure. Lakes are delightful; Spruce Pond is a lake that's right next door to Ossipee River Reservoir.

in the 80's while nighttime lows are generally in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Ossipee River Reservoir. You can never get enough of the magnificent
skiing at Shawnee Peak; there is a nice hiking trail close by called the Province Brook Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at King Pine if you're here; let's not forget Ridlon
Brook which is a stream that you may stumble upon while you're here. Do check out Kezar Falls Dam if you're here at Ossipee River Reservoir. Ossipee River Reservoir frequently gets a great deal of rainfall; November is the month that
gets the most rain; the driest month of the year is September.
This place, Ossipee River Reservoir, it absolutely has so much outdoors cool stuff. Oxford House Inn is a great location to get some rest; you can stay the night at River Run Canoe Rental and Camping.
