Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Oaks Pond while nighttime lows are usually in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 0's for Oaks Pond. A tremendous close by hotel is Best Western Waterville Inn, and there are plenty of people from Augusta-Waterville here. If you need a place to stay Comfort Inn & Suites       is a good choice, and paddling on Wesserunsett Stream is so much fun. From a rainfall point of view Oaks Pond is a rather normal place; all through November this area sees the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Swamps like Canaan Bog near Oaks Pond make for perfect locations to have a look at, and of course Lambert Brook is a pretty stream that is worth stopping at. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at K O A Kampgrounds since you're                  here at Oaks Pond, and get drenched paddling on Sebasticook River. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Clinton Golf Course is in the vicinity, and here at Oaks Pond you can catch a glimpse of Eaton Mountain.
