    Many people like to go to Noyes Pond. Do stop by Salt Pond close to Noyes Pond, it's a stunning lake. A tremendous place for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Noyes Pond is Branch Lake Stream, and you can stay the night at Patten Pond Camping Resort. The sight of pretty Blue Hill near Noyes Pond is tremendous, and Albion Meadow is an interesting swamp close to Noyes Pond.
Through the summer here at Noyes Pond, high temperatures regularly get into
 
   the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Noyes Pond dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. Don't leave Noyes Pond without first going for a hike along the Blue Hill Trail, and while you're here you have to go to Mellows Cove. If you need a place to stay Eggemoggin Oceanfront Lodge is a perfect choice; you can run the rapids of Blue Hill Falls.

Hiking is a popular thing to do around Noyes Pond; Eagle Lake Trail is a splendid local trail. There's so much to do here at Noyes Pond that you need to camp here for a while, The Gatherings Family Campground is a perfect spot for that. If you adore the outdoors, you'll love Noyes Pond. Why not check out nearby Camp Field Stream if you're here at Noyes Pond, and Sperry Pond is a nearby lake that you could go to.
This lake is so wonderful. A glorious close by hotel is Twilite Motel, and brilliant hiking is available along the Bald Mountain Trail.

No good fishing in this pond.  Don't waste your time.  No one goes here because it is polluted and no good fishing. Unless you like catching sunnies.  Was run out by a guy named Ed.  For a real pond adventure save your time and money and go nort....

We went there in September, but, it seemed like an ideal, quiet place for hikers who may want to get off the beaten track on a very commercial island. The showers were clean, the sites were clean and it was not the most expensive. Forewarned, the shuttle bus doesn't go there, price to pay for remoteness....
