Summertime highs at Northwest Pond regularly tend to be in the 70's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. All through the winter the highs are generally in the 20's; overnight lows throughout the wintertime for Northwest Pond tend to be in the 0's. If only every place had this much outdoors entertaining things, what a great       world it would be. A brilliant nearby hotel is Sanford Inn, and after a long day outdoors Super 8 Sanford Kennebunkport Area is a fine place to spend a night or two. Northwest Pond gets lots of water; throughout the month of November you get the most rain around here, and January is the month with the least moisture. Get your heart beating on the wonderful whitewater of Little Ossipee River; if you get bored of Northwest Pond you could also check out nearby Round                  Pond. If you came for an overnight stay Maine Mountain is a wonderful place to camp, and a great place for whitewater paddling is Little River. This lake is so wonderful.
