Herbert Grand Hotel is a fine location to get some rest; let's not forget Bean Brook which is a stream that you may stumble upon while you're here. Lakes are such serene spots, why not take a look at Jessie Pond next to Nash Pond, and Sugarloaf USA is a great local ski area. From a rainfall point of view Nash Pond is a quite typical place; the month with most of the snow is November; February is when it's the driest. Twin Pond Campground is a wonderful campground
