Why not stop by Muskrat Pond if you're passing through these parts. Beach is a fine place to do that, and not far from Muskrat Pond you'll hit upon Birch Pond which is a beautiful lake. This lake is so wonderful. Skiing at Saddleback is one of those things you just ought to do, and going for a hike
on the Chimney Trail is always a great adventure. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Grand Summit Resort Sunday River is a brilliant spot to spend a night or two. There's so much to do here at Muskrat Pond that
you need to camp here for a while, Coos Canyon Cabins and Campground is a good place for that. All the outdoors exciting things near Muskrat Pond will keep you coming back over and over. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood
you can always take a look at nearby Tumbledown Pond, and if you come at the right time of year, Swift River offers some pleasant whitewater.

The bridge in New Sharon is by far the largest waves just under the bridge. Tired arms went through that at the near end of day. The water after that is fast for about an hour after that.
