     If you came for an overnight stay Town Line Campsites is a brilliant spot to camp. Lakes? Sure, Crystal Pond is around here. During the months of summer at Muddy Pond highs are usually in the 80's, and the nighttime is somewhat colder of course, usually in the 50's. Highs all through the wintertime are usually in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Muddy Pond through the winter regularly sink into the 0's. Pine Ridge Campgrounds is a wonderful local campground, and  
   the Hockomock Nature Trail is a great hiking trail close by. The amount of precipitation that falls at Muddy Pond is close to the national average; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
Just can't get enough of Muddy Pond. If you need a place to stay Holiday Inn WATERVILLE is a magnificent choice. There are other sites here than Muddy Pond, for example Washington Pond, and in
 
               the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on St. George River. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Muddy Pond you can distinguish Patrick Mountain, and Sheepscot River is a great whitewater spot nearby.
