The Intake Trail is a good hiking trail right next door to Mud Pond, and if you come at the right time of year, Moxie Stream offers some brilliant whitewater. good site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Sugarloaf USA has great slopes and a friendly staff; you're in all probability into lakes, Fish Pond is one of those close by. That right there is heaps already, but it goes
on; Mud Pond has it all. Don't forget to take a great little visit to Black Brook; camping at Northern Outdoors is always a tremendous experience. On a good day at Mud Pond you can take a hike along the Arnolds Trail, and camping is available at Enchanted Outfitters & Lodge.
