So many cool things to do here at Mud Pond, too delightful to be true. You can run the rapids of Nezinscot River near Mud Pond; you'll meet a lot of folks from Lewiston-Auburn here. This lake is so wonderful. Residence Inn Auburn is a pleasant place to get some rest. Mud Pond is a glorious spot to visit for more than one day, Martin Stream Campsite is a glorious spot to camp nearby;       why not visit nearby Bog Brook while you're here at Mud Pond. Mud Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is November, and February meanwhile is the driest month. You'll hit upon a pretty lake called Little Wilson Pond near Mud Pond, and a great place for whitewater paddling is Nezinscot River - West Branch. Hebron Pines Campground is a good campground nearby, and after a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Auburn is a delightful                  location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Mud Pond you can distinguish Snell Hill; tremendous skiing awaits you at Lost Valley.
