This lake is so wonderful. This is a good region for people who like lakes. Beaver Pond is a lake close at hand,       and you can have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Piazza Rock Trail. Saddleback is a nice local ski area; going for a hike along the Chimney Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. Hiking along the Brook Trail is nice fun, and Dummer's Beach is a brilliant local campground. An average amount of rainfall falls at Mount Blue Pond; through the month of August you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is February. Dry                  warm beds await you at Wilson Lake Inn, and the skiing at Titcomb is splendid. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is splendid on Bowley Brook, and one of the major characteristics of the surroundings of Mount Blue Pond is Mount Blue. All through the warm days of summer here at Mount Blue Pond, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's.
