Mosquito Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Mosquito Pond gets a typical amount of yearly precipitation; throughout the month of August you get the most rain around here while February is regularly the driest month. Mosquito Pond is a beautiful lake in the White Mountains. And that's not all there is to do here in the White Mountains. Whohoo, so much entertaining stuff in one place! Mosquito Pond is peerless! Get yourself into a kayak and hit Crooked River, and The Victoria Inn is a pleasant location to get some rest. Going for a hike on the Albany Mountain Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and here at Mosquito Pond you can see Bell Mountain. Just can't get enough of the White Mountains. Mosquito Pond is a good spot to visit for more than one day, Bethel Outdoor Adventures Campground is a good spot to camp nearby.
Crocker Pond Campground is a delightful campground nearby; the snow is splendid at Sunday River.
This lake is so wonderful. Swamps like Waterfowl Marsh near Mosquito Pond make for splendid sites to stop by, and why not head up to Mount Abram and strap some skis to your feet. A perfect nearby hotel is The Bethel Inn Resort.
This lake is so wonderful. Near Mosquito Pond you locate the Albany Brook Trail which is a fine hiking trail, and a delightful lake like Little Papoose Pond is a great place to have a look at. Summertime highs at Mosquito Pond mostly
tend to be in the 70's. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 50's. For the period of the wintertime highs are commonly in the 20's, and overnight lows at Mosquito Pond through the winter regularly fall into the-10's.
