    The beauty of Mosquito Pond is reason enough to stop by. The snow is fine at Mount Abram, and at Mosquito Pond you can spot Bell Mountain. Yep, outdoors fun things truly is bountiful here in the White Mountains. There's so much to do here at Mosquito Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Crocker Pond Campground is a nice spot for that, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Sunday River is quite near. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the  
   White Mountains. Dry warm beds await you at The Victoria Inn, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Albany Notch Trail.
In the event that you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Crooked River, and a splendid swamp close to Mosquito Pond is Waterfowl Marsh. Mosquito Pond gets a normal amount of rain; August is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful.
 
               The Bethel Inn Resort is a fine place to get some rest, and Mosquito Pond is not the only location close by, Kneeland Pond is a close by lake.
Mosquito Pond in fact is in the middle of a gorgeous outdoors paradise. What a place this is for outdoors folks. Albany Brook is a good place to stop at, and if you get bored of Mosquito Pond you could also visit nearby Round Pond. This lake is one of the great places here in the White Mountains.
This lake is so wonderful. Mosquito Pond is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Bethel Outdoor Adventures Campground is a perfect local campground; there's pleasant hiking along the Albany Brook Trail. During the summer months here at Mosquito Pond, high temperatures commonly reach the 70's, and the overnight is somewhat cooler of course, regularly in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and overnight lows through the wintertime for Mosquito Pond tend to be in the-10's. Whitewater paddling is great on Crooked River, and the Albany Mountain Trail offers hiking at its best.
