There's so much to do here at Morse Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Breezy Acres is a good site for that, and from Morse Pond you acquire a pleasant view of Johnson Mountain. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Austin Stream; Morse Pond is right by the Arnolds Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes Morse Pond a wet site; July       is the wettest month with most rain, and February is when it's the driest. Throughout the warmest time of the year here at Morse Pond, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's.
