Take a look at nearby Bobs Heath, and don't leave Morancy Meadow Pond without first going for a hike along the Alder Path Trail. Get dripping wet paddling on Narraguagus River - West Branch, and Acadia       National Park is a splendid place close by. Through the summer months at Morancy Meadow Pond highs are usually in the 70's while overnight lows are generally in the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and all through the dark hours in the wintertime at Morancy Meadow Pond temperatures dip to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
