So many amusing things to do here at Moosehead Lake, too pleasant to be true. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Moosehead Lake. Moosehead Lake gets a normal amount of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is mostly July, that's the one that rains the most, and February is when it's the driest. to Moosehead Lake? Frog Pond is in close proximity, and camping at Seboomook wilderness Campground is always a great experience. This lake is so wonderful. There are great locations to discover along the Intake Trail; whitewater paddling
is wonderful on Moose River. Moosehead Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Caseys Spencer Bay Campground is a splendid local campground, and a pleasant nearby hotel is Lodge at Moosehead Lake. You could also stop by Long Pond if you're here at Moosehead Lake; it's nearby; everyone close by loves skiing at Big Squaw.
