There's so much to do here at Moose Pond that you need to camp here       for a while, Shin Pond Village Campground is a perfect place for that. Through the days of summer, highs usually are in the 70's at Moose Pond. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's; during the dark hours in the winter at Moose Pond temperatures drop to the-10's. In case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Shin Brook River;                  the Matagamon Tote Road is a great hiking trail close by.
