If only every location had this much outdoors cool things, what a great world it would be. Camping is available at Umcolcus Sporting Camps. Throughout the summertime months here at Moose Pond, high temperatures generally reach the 70's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are commonly in the 10's, and nighttime lows throughout the wintertime for Moose Pond tend to be in the-10's. This       lake is so wonderful. Camping at Clover Hill Campground is always a wonderful experience, and the Fox Brook Trail is a great hiking trail nearby. Machias River is a delightful whitewater spot next to Moose Pond, and on a nice day you can take a hike along the Round Trail. From Moose Pond you get a good vista of Bald Mountain, and you can run the rapids of Fish River. There's some flowing water nearby, Bishop Pond Stream is a stream you can pop by while                  you're here, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Island Pond Trail.
