Hosmer Pond is a nearby lake that you could have a look at, and The Country Inn Camden-Rckprt is a perfect place to get some rest. If you want to hit the beach, Laite Memorial Beach is nearby; don't leave Mirror Lake without first going for a hike along the Mount Battie Trail. This place, Mirror Lake, it definitely has so much outdoors cool stuff. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend       St. George River, and camping is available at Camden Hills RV Resort. The slopes of Camden are so inviting noone can resist; dry warm beds await you at Samoset Resort on the Ocean. This lake is so wonderful. Mirror Lake Dam is worth stopping at if you're here; playing golf is lots of fun at Goose River Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Roberts Roost Campground is always a perfect experience; going for a hike on the Ragged Mountain Trail is                  always a glorious adventure. During the summer months at Mirror Lake highs are mostly in the 70's, and the overnight is quite colder of course, mostly in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 30's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Mirror Lake temperatures plunge to the 10's. Yeah, come here to Mirror Lake for a brilliant time. You're sure to run into some fine people from Rockland here, and you can go for a hike on the Mount Megunticook Trail. All the water falling down from the sky makes Mirror Lake a wet location; November is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is July.
