Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Millinocket Stream, and a splendid location to camp here at Millinocket Lake is Matagamon Wilderness Campground. Little Bog Brook is a great spot to have a look at, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Munsungan Lake Tote Road. Millinocket       Lake is a good site of normal rainfall; most of the rain falls all through July while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Millinocket Lake Dam is beautiful and it's near Millinocket Lake; camping is available at South Branch Pond Campground. This place, Millinocket Lake, it clearly has so much outdoors fun stuff. Econo Lodge Inn & Suites is a good spot to get some rest; Millinocket Falls is always fun to check                  out. This lake is so wonderful. Round Pond is a great lake in close proximity to Millinocket Lake. There's whitewater on Munsungan Stream for all you adrenaline junkies, and close by you come across the Millinocket Lake Tote Road which is a splendid hiking trail. All through the summer months highs here at Millinocket Lake reach the 70's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's.
