    Do stop by Mill Pond while you're in this part of Maine. A day at Lighthouse Beach near Mill Pond is time well spent, and Mill Pond is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Greenlaws RV and Tenting Park is a magnificent local campground. Summer at Mill Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. Highs through the wintertime are regularly in the 20's while Mill Pond overnight low temperatures  
   during the winter are in the 0's. On a great day at Mill Pond you can take a hike along the Jerusalem Mountain Trail, and for you golfers we recommend nearby Island Country Club.
I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a wonderful time here at Mill Pond. One of the best things about Mill Pond is its proximity to The Brook Beach, and a glorious place to camp here at Mill Pond is Old Quarry Ocean Adventures. Swamps can be such attention-grabbing sites, have a look
 
               at Labrador Swamp since you're here at Mill Pond, and since you're here, you might as well stop at The Haulover. Going for a hike along the Sawyer Notch Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Fort Knox Inn is a great place to spend a night or two.
Now, you may believe that's a load but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Mill Pond. An average amount of rain falls at Mill Pond; November is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is February. A perfect nearby hotel is Eggemoggin Oceanfront Lodge; if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the Black Dina Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. Deep Hole is in the neighborhood and always pleasant to check out; paddling on Blue Hill Falls is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. There's some out of the ordinary stuff to observe at Lily Pond Dam near Mill Pond, and Goose Falls has a good whitewater paddling spot close by.
