is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is February. A perfect nearby hotel is Eggemoggin Oceanfront Lodge; if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the Black Dina Trail. This lake
is so wonderful. Deep Hole is in the neighborhood and always pleasant to check out; paddling on Blue Hill Falls is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. There's some out of the ordinary stuff to observe at Lily Pond Dam near Mill Pond, and Goose Falls has a good whitewater paddling spot close by.
