Lakes? Sure, Toffet Pond is close by, and if you want to hit the beach, The Brook Beach is in close proximity. An average amount of rain falls at Mill Pond; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Sawyer Notch Trail is great fun, and golf can be played at Island Country Club. Summertime highs at Mill Pond frequently tend to be in the 70's. When

here. If you're here at Mill Pond, do take a spree to Deep Hole, and a perfect close by hotel is Eggemoggin Oceanfront Lodge. This is no place for people who don’t like to have a good time. Paddling on Goose Falls is so much fun,
and if you're here you can take a hike along the Jerusalem Mountain Trail. Glide down the rapids of Blue Hill Falls in a kayak; you don’t have to go far from Mill Pond to see the water at Lily Pond Dam. This lake is so wonderful.
A perfect swamp near Mill Pond is Labrador Swamp; going for a hike along the Black Dina Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. After a long day outdoors Best Western Fort Knox Inn is a nice place to spend
a night or two, and a good location to explore close by is The Haulover. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Mill Pond has to offer, you can camp at Greenlaws RV and Tenting Park; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at close by Olivers Pond.
