If you are in Aroostook county it's always a good idea to stop by Mill Pond. From a rain point of view Mill Pond is a reasonably normal location; the wettest month of the year is generally August, that's the one that rains the most; February on the other hand is the driest. the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 10's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Mill Pond temperatures plunge to the-10's. A good nearby hotel is Crown Park Inn. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Mill Pond has to offer, you can camp at Neil E Michaud Campground.
