Through the warm days of summer, highs mostly are in the 70's at Middle Range Pond. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. During the winter the highs are commonly in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Middle Range Pond are in the 0's. All the outdoors amusing stuff right next door to Middle Range Pond will keep you coming back over and over. Estes Bog Dam has magnificent       water scenery and it's right next door to Middle Range Pond, and Poland Spring Inn is a pleasant place to get some rest. Middle Range Pond is not the only place nearby, Estes Bog is a nearby lake, and beautiful scenery and great skiing is what you acquire at Lost Valley. Crooked River is a great whitewater spot close to Middle Range Pond, and a swamp like Shaker Bog next to Middle Range Pond has lots of exciting things to see. This lake is so wonderful. Some                  of the water close by flows, like May Brook, and right next door to Middle Range Pond you locate a golf course called Summit Golf Course. Camping at Middle Range Pond is great fun, Paul and Gail's Campground is a great local campground, and at Middle Range Pond you can catch a glimpse of Oak Hill. This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Chandler Brook, and dry warm beds await you at White Pines Inn. Much precipitation falls at Middle Range Pond; the wettest month of the year is regularly November, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is September.
