Take a side tour to May Brook. There's so much to do here at Middle Range Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Poland Spring Campground is a delightful site for that. Swamps are interesting locations and Shaker Bog in close proximity to Middle Range Pond is no exception, and if you came to camp Paul and Gail's Campground is a good site to do that. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Middle Range Pond.       During the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Middle Range Pond. Middle Range Pond really is in the middle of a wonderful outdoors paradise. A magnificent close by hotel is Residence Inn Auburn, and if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Summit Golf Course is in the neighborhood. Middle Range Pond ordinarily gets much rainfall; November                  is when you get the most rain here while September is mostly the driest month.
