Many people like to go to Metallak Pond. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Metallak Pond, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 20's, and overnight lows in the-10's for Metallak Pond. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Black Brook; a quick trip to Icicle Brook is certainly a good idea. This lake is so wonderful. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Sunday

Good hiking is available along the Bemis Stream Trail; if you need a place to stay Grand Summit Resort Sunday River is a magnificent choice. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Rapid River for all you adrenaline junkies, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Milrose Trail. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the White Mountains. | |

Stay the night at North Camps, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Metallak Pond; Bemis Trail is a wonderful local trail. A common amount of precipitation falls here at Metallak Pond; the month with most of the rain is August
while February is regularly the driest month. Metallak Pond is located in the White Mountains. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff near Metallak Pond. There's so much to do here at Metallak Pond that you need to camp
here for a while, South Arm Campground is a delightful spot for that, and wonderful scenery and delightful skiing is what you obtain at Black Mountain. But wait, there's more exciting stuff to do in the White Mountains. You could
also stop by Upper Richardson Lake while you're here at Metallak Pond; it's nearby, and after a long day outdoors Sunday River is a nice site to spend a night or two.
