After a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Inn & Suites is a perfect site to spend a night or two. While you're here at Manton Pond you can take a hike along the Matagamon Tote Road, and a pretty lake like Scraggly Lake is a perfect site to stop at. A common amount of precipitation falls here at Manton Pond; the month of July is the       wettest with most of the rain, and February is when it's the driest. That right there is a lot already, but it goes on; Manton Pond has it all. There's so much to do here at Manton Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Matagamon Wilderness Campground is a great site for that, and a cool spot to visit is Owls Head. This lake is so wonderful. The Munsungan Lake Tote Road is a tremendous hiking trail next to Manton Pond, and whitewater paddling is                  not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Millinocket Stream. For the period of the warmest time of the year at Manton Pond temperatures are mostly in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's; night lows in the-10's for Manton Pond.
