The beauty of Maces Pond attracts many people from all around. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Oyster River, and an interesting thing to go to close to Maces Pond is Chickawaukie Pond Dam. This lake is so wonderful. Maces Pond is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Roberts Roost Campground is a splendid local campground, and during your trip here you'll meet some folks from Rockland for sure. | | Maces Pond is uncomplicated. After a long day outdoors Strawberry Hill Seaside Inn is a fine site to spend a night or two, and paddling on Ducktrap River is so much fun.
If the weather is glorious here at Maces Pond, you can go for a hike along the Mount Battie Trail; a day at beautiful Laite Memorial Beach in close proximity to Maces Pond is a fine thing to do. The sight of charming Bear Hill near Maces Pond is fine; a pleasant location to camp here at | |

Maces Pond is Camden Hills RV Resort. A brilliant close by hotel is The Country Inn Camden-Rckprt, and the slopes of Camden are so inviting noone can resist.
A great deal of rainfall falls at Maces Pond; the month with most of
the rain is November while July is ordinarily the driest month. At Maces Pond all through the summer highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. For the period of the winter the highs are ordinarily in the
30's; night lows at Maces Pond during the wintertime regularly descend into the 10's. So many cool things near Maces Pond, just striking.
If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Rockland Golf Club is in close proximity,
and if you're here you can take a hike along the Ragged Mountain Trail. A lake close by is Tolman Pond; on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Mount Megunticook Trail.
