Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Narramissic River, and close by you come across the Peaked Mountain Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail. Lower Patten Pond is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Patten Pond Camping Resort is a magnificent local campground, and there is a pleasant hiking trail nearby called the Blue Hill Trail. | | Lower Patten Pond is always a delightful idea, and Lower Patten Pond is not the only location close by, Rocky Pond is a close by lake. From a precipitation point of view Lower Patten Pond is a pretty normal spot; the month with most of the rain is November, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Camping at Branch Lake Camping Area is always a fine experience, and there are some great whitewater spots on Branch Lake Stream. If only every location had | |

this much outdoors exciting things, what a great globe it would be. Homestead Motel and Cottages is a brilliant spot to get some rest, and don't forget to take a great little journey to Bowden Hill Brook. At Lower Patten Pond
throughout the summer months highs are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 20's; overnight lows through the wintertime for Lower Patten Pond tend to be in the
0's. This lake is so wonderful. The Bald Mountain Trail is a delightful hiking trail in the vicinity of Lower Patten Pond, and swamps don’t sound that glorious but Carlisle Meadow near Lower Patten Pond is pretty glorious. Dry warm beds await you at Twilite Motel, and a lake nearby is Upper Patten Pond.
