There's so much to do here at Lovejoy Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Cold Spring Campground is a tremendous spot for that; there's whitewater on Mopang Stream for all you adrenaline kick people. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend       Narraguagus River; perhaps you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Bracey Pond is just a very short distance away. Lovejoy Pond is a wet place that gets a good deal of rainfall; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February. There's some flowing water close by, Allen Brook is a stream you can take a look at during your stay, and Oxbow Mountain can be seen from Lovejoy Pond. Have a magnificent hiking                  adventure along the Lead Mountain Trail, and needless to say, this is a good region for people who like lakes, Lower Allen Pond is a lake in close proximity. After a long day outdoors Sea Breeze Motel is a magnificent location to spend a night or two. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lovejoy Pond has to offer, you can camp at Maple Grove Campground. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Lovejoy Pond you can take a hike along the Eagle Lake Trail, and if you're interested in cool geologic characteristics try The Oxbow. Summertime highs at Lovejoy Pond typically tend to be in the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's.
