Felker Pond is in the vicinity, and the peak of King and Bartlett Mountain can be seen from Lost Pond. Cupsuptic River is a wonderful whitewater spot near Lost Pond, and if you came for an overnight stay Black Arrow Lodge is a brilliant place to camp. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at Lost Pond. A delightful site for whitewater paddling close to Lost Pond is Parlin Pond Stream; Lost Pond is not the only location       close by, Mud Pond is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Sally Mountain Trail is magnificent fun; you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Sugarloaf USA if you're here. King & Bartlett Lake Camp is a pleasant campground nearby, and it's a good idea to go to Baker Stream. The Bigelow Range Trail offers hiking at its best; you can never get enough of the magnificent skiing at Saddleback.
