Why not stop by Lombard Pond if you're passing through these parts. This place is great, just look at all the enjoyable stuff to do in the vicinity of Lombard Pond. If you get bored of Lombard Pond, you could also go to close by Little Papoose Pond, and you can go for a hike on the Albany Mountain Trail. This lake is so wonderful. What would winter be without some skiing at Mount Abram, and why not camp at Crocker Pond Campground since you're here at Lombard Pond.

in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Lombard Pond are in the 0's. Take a side spree to Bartlett Brook; Pleasant River Campground is a good local campground.
A lake nearby is Bradley Pond; after a long day outdoors The Victoria
Inn is a brilliant place to spend a night or two. Lombard Pond is located in the White Mountains. Just can't get enough of the White Mountains.
And that's not all there is to do here in the White Mountains. Whitewater paddling
is nice on Crooked River, and if you want a little side trip, try Albany Notch. This lake is so wonderful. Do explore Keewaydin Lake Dam if you're here at Lombard Pond, and a brilliant nearby hotel is The Bethel Inn Resort. So much
cool stuff in the White Mountains, just tremendous. Gotta ski! Sunday River is a magnificent site to do that; Crooked River has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot nearby.
So much entertaining stuff to do at Lombard Pond, so little
time. On a splendid day you can pop by Waterfowl Marsh, a swamp near Lombard Pond, and there's wonderful hiking along the Albany Notch Trail.
