This lake is so wonderful. There's great hiking along the Piazza Rock Trail, and why not camp at Black Brook Cove Campground if you're here at Little Swift River Pond. At Little Swift River Pond during the warmest time of the year highs are in the 70's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's while Little       Swift River Pond night low temperatures through the winter are in the-10's. An average amount of precipitation falls at Little Swift River Pond; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff in the White Mountains. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Brook Trail; beautiful scenery and great skiing is what you acquire at Saddleback. All year is a wonderful time in the White Mountains if you have a thing about the outdoors.
