This lake is so wonderful. A great spot for whitewater paddling close to Little Rocky Pond is Branch Lake Stream; if the weather is nice, you can go for a hike along the Blue Hill Trail. Goose Pond is a good lake near Little Rocky Pond, and going for a hike along the Peaked Mountain Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. Jellison Brook is a great place to have a look at, and next to Little Rocky       Pond you find a golf course called Lucerne Golf Course. The yearly rain here at Little Rocky Pond is about average; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain; the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Tannery Brook River; Patten Pond Camping Resort is a great campground nearby. At Little Rocky Pond during                  the months of summer highs are in the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Little Rocky Pond are in the 0's. Time spent at Hales Beach close to Little Rocky Pond is always glorious; after a long day outdoors White Birches Country Club is a fine site to spend a night or two. Twilite Motel is a wonderful location to get some rest; there are other places here than Little Rocky Pond, for example Little Duck Pond. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Little Rocky Pond.
