It's always fun to stop by Little Pond. This lake is so wonderful. The scenery at Saint George Lake Dam in the neighborhood of Little Pond is stunning, and if you come at the right time of year, St. George River offers some great whitewater. So many fun things to do here at Little Pond, too good to be true. Hiking along the Ragged Mountain Trail is nice fun; you're almost certainly addicted to lakes, Mud Pond is one of those nearby. | | Campground is always a nice experience, and the summit of Bolen Hill can be distinguished from Little Pond. Nearby lakes? Sure, Saint George Lake is next to Little Pond; The Country Inn Camden-Rckprt is a great place to get some rest. High temperatures at Little Pond through the long summer days are in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Little Pond | |

all through the winter commonly dip into the 0's. After a long day outdoors Londonderry Inn is a fine site to spend a night or two, and if you came to camp Pine Ridge Campgrounds is a splendid place to do that. While you're here
at Little Pond you can take a hike along the Mount Battie Trail; the slopes of Camden are so inviting noone can resist. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Mount Megunticook Trail will let you absorb the natural
beauty of this vicinity, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Sheepscot River. Little Pond gets a normal amount of rain; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February.
