The panorama of Bolen Hill from Little Pond is delightful; Saint George Lake Dam is a striking place. What a location this is for outdoors people. You can never get enough of the great skiing at Camden, and camping is available at Pine Ridge Campgrounds. This lake is so wonderful. On a great day at Little Pond you can take a hike along       the Mount Megunticook Trail, and the Mount Battie Trail is a pleasant hiking trail close by. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Cozy Pines Campground while you're here at Little Pond; if you get bored of Little Pond you could also have a look at nearby Saint George Lake. After a long day outdoors The Country Inn Camden-Rckprt is a wonderful place to spend a night or two; Little Pond is not the only location nearby, Mud Pond is a nearby lake.                  Paddling on St. George River is so much fun, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Ragged Mountain Trail. Little Pond gets a normal amount of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is frequently November, that's the one that rains the most; February is when it's the driest. High temperatures at Little Pond through the summertime are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's.
