High temperatures at Little Pond all through the warm days of summer are in the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's; nighttime lows at Little Pond during the wintertime usually dip into the-10's. Don't miss out on a good swamp; Little Woodman Bog is right here at Little Pond, and get your heart pumping on the splendid whitewater of Piscataquis River. Near       Little Pond you discover the Intake Trail which is a great hiking trail, and if you need a site to stay Pittsfield Motor Inn is a wonderful choice. Yep, outdoors fun stuff to do are in fact plentiful here at Little Pond. Bear Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth visiting, and Eaton Mountain is a fine local ski area. Going for a hike on the Big Squaw Mountain Trail is always a brilliant                  adventure, and after a long day outdoors Bingham Motor Inn is a perfect spot to spend a night or two. Little Pond is a wet location that gets a good deal of precipitation; all through July this area sees the most rain while February is usually the driest month. If you came for an overnight stay Two Rivers Campground is a great location to camp, and there's whitewater on Kingsbury Stream for all you adrenaline rush seekers.
