If you are traveling by, why not stop by Little Pond. Sunday River is a very popular ski area in the vicinity, and at Little Pond you can catch a glimpse of Gammon Hill. You can run the rapids of Crooked River near Little Pond, and going for a hike along the Great Brook Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. This lake is so wonderful. | | location to do that. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things in close proximity to Little Pond. Little Pond is good enough to spend more than a day at, Cold River Campground is a good local campground, and if the weather is fine, you can go for a hike along the Red Rock Trail. to the White Mountains, you might not ever want to go home again. If you're a golfer then a good nearby course is Lake Kezar Country Club, and dry warm beds await you at The Victoria Inn. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart
beating on the splendid whitewater of Wild River, and not far from Little Pond you'll locate Horseshoe Pond which is a beautiful lake. Summertime at Little Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's; the nighttime is somewhat cooler
of course, usually in the 50's. During the wintertime highs are commonly in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Little Pond. Little Pond is located in the White Mountains. What a place this is for outdoors people.
The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Mount Abram. Don't forget to take a splendid little spree to Beaver Brook. Lakes are splendid; Mud Pond is a lake that's right next door to Little Pond. Yeah, come up
here to the White Mountains for a splendid time. Chapman Inn is a great place to get some rest, and you ought to stop by Upper Bay when you're here.
