Catfish Rock is in the neighborhood of Little Ossipee Pond and is positively a fine place to go to; Pleasant Hill Golf Course is a perfect golf course close by. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Eastland Park Hotel, and if you want to hit the beach, Willard Beach is close at hand. Little Ossipee Pond is a wet place that gets much rain; November is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest       of the months is August. A Vacationland Campground is a fine campground here, and Fort Hill is a peak you can see from Little Ossipee Pond. High temperatures at Little Ossipee Pond all through the summertime are in the 70's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Little Ossipee Pond are in the 10's. Boat Cove is around here and always glorious to pop by, and hey, Alewife                  Brook is a wonderful local stream. So many exciting things to do here at Little Ossipee Pond, too wonderful to be true. There are some brilliant whitewater spots on Chandler Brook, and wonderful water scenery is available at Little Ossipee Pond Dam near Little Ossipee Pond. If you go for the outdoors, you'll adore Little Ossipee Pond. After a long day outdoors New England Inn Brockers is a great place to spend a night or two; you'll most likely meet some folks from Portland-South Portland here. You can never get enough of the tremendous skiing at Lost Valley, and you should beyond doubt have a look at pretty Cliff House Beach since you're here. This lake is so wonderful.
