What a site this is for outdoors folks. A charming lake like Northwest Pond next to Little Northwest Pond is a good site to stop by, and lakes are such peaceful places, why not stop by South Boundary Pond. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Little Northwest Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Cupsuptic Campground is a nice location for that; Dead River - North       Branch is a great whitewater spot close by. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Little Northwest Pond has to offer, you can camp at Cathedral Pines Camping Area; do take a hike on the Arnold Trail. All through the warm days of summer here at Little Northwest Pond, high temperatures typically get into the 70's, and the night is slightly chillier of course, typically in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are frequently in the 20's                  with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Little Northwest Pond. Going for a hike along the Morrell Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Saddleback while you're here. Have a good hiking adventure along the Arnold Pond Trail, and if you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Kennebago River.
