     If you come at the right time of year, Wilson Stream offers some wonderful whitewater, and unsurprisingly, this is a tremendous region for people who like lakes, Fellows Pond is a lake in close proximity. Little Norridgewock Stream Reservoir is a rather wet place typically with much rainfall; through the month of November you get the most rain around here, and February is when it's the driest. Wilson Lake Inn is a good spot to get some rest; probably you're  
   looking for close by lakes? Sure, Horseshoe Pond is just a very short distance away. If the weather is good here at Little Norridgewock Stream Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Appalachian National Scenic Trail, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can take a look at Mercer Dam.

               that you need to camp here for a while, Nor-40 Campground is a great site for that, and splendid skiing awaits you at Titcomb. A great close by hotel is Comfort Inn & Suites, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Sandy River. This lake is so wonderful.
At Little Norridgewock Stream Reservoir during the summer highs are in the 70's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 20's; night lows in the 0's for Little Norridgewock Stream Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Little Norridgewock Stream Reservoir is delightful enough to spend more than a day at, Twin Pond Campground is a delightful local campground; the peak of Blabon Hill can be made out from Little Norridgewock Stream Reservoir.

Eaton Mountain provides affordable and convenient skiing, snowboarding, and snowtubing to the greater Waterville/Skowhegan area. The mountain boasts a suprising variety of terrain for a compact ski area including glades, challenging steeps, and classic New England style trails. Most of the area is covered with snowmaking and is lit for nightskiiing. Equipment rentals and lessons are available. The base lodge has a snackbar and provides a place to warm up by the wood stove and meet friends.
The ski area has new owners as of November 2008 and will not be operating for the 2008-09 ski season. The new owners will be taking the time to make improvements and prepare for a grand reopening in the fall of 2009. Immediate improvements are planned to include an all new snowtubing facility and widening of the Moose slope for a new terrain park.
The ski area is located on Lambert Road, just off Route 2 between Skowhegan and Canaan....
