     If you came to camp Northern Pride Lodge and Campground is a tremendous location to do that, and the Intake Trail offers hiking at its best. If you want a good time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Little Moxie Pond. If you come at the right time of year, Piscataquis River - East Branch offers some great whitewater; after a long day outdoors Lodge at Moosehead Lake is a tremendous place to spend a night or two. You'll hit upon a striking lake called  
   Bald Mountain Pond near Little Moxie Pond. Little Moxie Pond is a good spot of common precipitation; during the month of July you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is February.
High temperatures at Little Moxie Pond through the warm days of summer are in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the-10's to
 
               Little Moxie Pond. Glide down the rapids of Piscataquis River - West Branch in a kayak, and there's good hiking along the Big Squaw Mountain Trail. A pretty lake like Mud Pond close to Little Moxie Pond is a great place to take a look at. There's so much to do here at Little Moxie Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Balsam woods Campground is a great location for that.
This lake is so wonderful. Bingham Motor Inn is a good location to get some rest, and some nearby water includes Mud Pond Brook.

Breezy Acres Camps and Guide Service is located in both Solon and Eustis Maine. He have housekeeping cabins which are set up with full size stoves, refrigerators,microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, etc. The beds are made with linens and there are plenty of towels for the shower in the bathroom. Each cabin has its own picnic table, charcoal grill and outside fire pit. We can sleep up to 38 people.

You can access snowmobile and ATV trails right from the cabin for many miles of riding. Canoeing and kayaking on various lakes, ponds, streams and rivers are a great way to relax. Hunting, fishing, golf and white water rafting are some of the other activities that we offer.

We offer reasonable rates and great hospitality.

Eaton Mountain provides affordable and convenient skiing, snowboarding, and snowtubing to the greater Waterville/Skowhegan area. The mountain boasts a suprising variety of terrain for a compact ski area including glades, challenging steeps, and classic New England style trails. Most of the area is covered with snowmaking and is lit for nightskiiing. Equipment rentals and lessons are available. The base lodge has a snackbar and provides a place to warm up by the wood stove and meet friends.
The ski area has new owners as of November 2008 and will not be operating for the 2008-09 ski season. The new owners will be taking the time to make improvements and prepare for a grand reopening in the fall of 2009. Immediate improvements are planned to include an all new snowtubing facility and widening of the Moose slope for a new terrain park.
The ski area is located on Lambert Road, just off Route 2 between Skowhegan and Canaan....
