     You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Black Mountain if you're here, and a quick trip to Bog Brook is certainly a good idea. Lots of rain falls at Little Labrador Pond; through November this area sees the most rain while February is mostly the driest month. The peak of Cushman Hill can be spotted from Little Labrador Pond. Lakes are delightful; Cushman Pond is a lake that's in the vicinity of Little Labrador Pond. Don't leave Little Labrador  
   Pond without first going for a hike along the Brook Trail; whitewater paddling is magnificent on Sandy River.
This lake is so wonderful. In case you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Nezinscot River - West Branch, and camping at Camp Wekeela is always a great experience. And if you're still looking for more outdoors amusing stuff just keep reading. Good hiking is available along the Chimney Trail, and what
 
               would winter be without some skiing at Lost Valley. This lake is so wonderful. During your spree to Little Labrador Pond you'll meet some people from Lewiston-Auburn for sure, and Wilson Lake Inn is a good spot to get some rest.
This is a splendid vicinity for people who like lakes. Labrador Pond is a lake around here. Little Labrador Pond is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Honey Run Beach and Campgrounds is a splendid local campground, and after a long day outdoors The Perennial Inn is a nice site to spend a night or two. For the duration of the warm days of summer at Little Labrador Pond highs are frequently in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Little Labrador Pond.

New at Saddleback for 2008-2009 Season MORE SNOWMAKING
Additional snow guns were added in various locations including Tight Line and the headwalls of Warden's Worry and Supervisor - all in the new quad area. Plus snowmaking coverage was extended to America.
CENTRAL RESERVATION AND PACKAGING SYSTEM
A new Inntopia Central Reservation and Packaging System will allow Saddleback to book lodging, Ski & Stay and other packages at the lodges in the town of Rangeley as well as the condominiums at the mountain.
NEW RENTAL AND RETAIL SHOPS
Saddleback will now operate the rental and retail shops in the base lodge that were previously operated by a lessee. This season the rental shop will have a new fleet of rental skis, boards, boots, bindings and poles. The retail shop will have a new inventory of clothing and accessories.
