This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Little Hathorn Pond, you'll come across Big Robar Pond which is a picturesque lake, and Big Spring Brook is one of the streams nearby that might be worth taking a look at. Orin Falls is a beautiful place to visit while you're at Little Hathorn Pond, and a perfect close       by hotel is Americas Best Value Heritage Motor Inn. Little Hathorn Pond is not far at all from Bangor. This lake is so wonderful. A nice spot to camp here at Little Hathorn Pond is Roaring Brook Campground. Lakes? Sure, Rober Pond is close by. Little Hathorn Pond is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Matagamon Wilderness Campground is a magnificent local campground, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Penobscot River - East Branch.
