    In Maine there are many beautiful lakes, Little Ellis Pond is one of them. This lake is so wonderful. On a tremendous day at Little Ellis Pond you can take a hike along the Chimney Trail; if you need a place to stay Grand Summit Resort Sunday River is a pleasant choice. This lake is so wonderful. Have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Angel Falls Trail; Little Ellis Pond is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Coos Canyon Cabins and Campground is  
   a brilliant local campground. For the period of the summertime here at Little Ellis Pond, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Little Ellis Pond temperatures fall to the-10's.
Little Ellis Pond is one of the lakes here in the White Mountains. And if you're still looking for more outdoors amusing
 
               stuff just keep reading. Head up to Mount Abram and strap some skis to your feet, and if you come at the right time of year, Swift River offers some great whitewater. There are other places here than Little Ellis Pond, for example Bunker Pond.
The summit of Old Turk Mountain can be observed from Little Ellis Pond; a quick trip to Beaver Brook is beyond doubt a delightful idea. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Black Brook, and a fine place to camp here at Little Ellis Pond is South Arm Campground. And if that's not sufficient there's loads more exciting stuff to do in the White Mountains. Lakes? Sure, Ellis Pond is nearby, and Black Mountain is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood.
Now, you may think that's a heap but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here in the White Mountains. While you're here at Little Ellis Pond you can take a hike along the Bemis Stream Trail; after a long day outdoors The Perennial Inn is a splendid place to spend a night or two. From a rainfall point of view Little Ellis Pond is a reasonably normal site; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is February.
