The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Lily Pond. forget to check out Deadman Cove while you're here at Lily Pond. There's so much to do here at Lily Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Sunshine Campground is a brilliant location for that. This lake is so wonderful. Not
far from Lily Pond, you'll locate Parker Pond which is a gorgeous lake, and Best Western Fort Knox Inn is a fine place to get some rest. You feel that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Take a hike on the Sawyer Notch Trail, and
if you need a location to stay Eggemoggin Oceanfront Lodge is a nice choice. A magnificent beach close to Lily Pond is Bakeman Beach; hiking along the Black Dina Trail is great fun. There's whitewater on Goose Falls for all you
thrill seekers; Harbor Ledge is also a pleasant location to explore. From a rainfall point of view Lily Pond is a relatively common spot; the month with most of the rain is November, and the driest month is February.
