This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Alford Lake Camp is a tremendous location to do that. Lakes are delightful; Levenseller Pond is a lake that's right next door to Lawry Pond. There's so much to do here at Lawry Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Aldus Shores Lakeside Camping is a delightful       spot for that; if you're popping by from Rockland, you won't be the only one. This lake is so wonderful. A great nearby hotel is Camden Riverhouse Inn, and if the weather is pleasant, you can go for a hike along the Mount Battie Trail. Going for a hike along the Mount Megunticook Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region, and a glorious location for whitewater paddling is Ducktrap River. And that's not all you can do here at Lawry Pond. The peak                  of Levenseller Mountain can be spotted from Lawry Pond; while you're here you can take a hike along the Ragged Mountain Trail. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Lawry Pond while nighttime lows are regularly in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are typically in the 20's, and nighttime lows throughout the wintertime for Lawry Pond tend to be in the 0's. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the area close to Lawry Pond has to offer. If you're here at Lawry Pond and you like golf, you can stop at Northport Golf Club, and St. George River is a great whitewater spot close by.
