In Maine there are many beautiful lakes, Lake Leonard is one of them. Dry warm beds await you at Twilite Motel, and Lake Leonard is right by the Great Long Pond Trail. Very magnificent water scenery is available at Ellsworth Dam in close proximity to Lake Leonard; The Gatherings Family Campground is a wonderful campground nearby. Take a hike on the Blue Hill Trail; visiting Acadia National Park is just something you need to do if you haven't yet.

Hospitality Woods RV Park is a delightful local campground, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Union River. This lake is
so wonderful. Golf can be played at White Birches Motel & Golf Course, and there's some flowing water close by, Branch Lake Stream is a stream you can pop by while here. And if that's not enough, there's plenty more to do right next
door to Lake Leonard.
If only every place had this much outdoors fun stuff, what a great globe it would be. You should stop at Black Point when you're here at Lake Leonard, and Branch Lake Stream has a magnificent whitewater paddling
spot nearby. Summertime highs at Lake Leonard commonly tend to be in the 70's while night lows are generally in the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 20's; night lows in the 0's for Lake Leonard.
