    If you are in this part of Maine make sure to pay a visit to Lake Auburn. On a gorgeous day you acquire a view of Mount Giles from Lake Auburn, and Chandler Brook has a good whitewater paddling spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If you get bored of Lake Auburn, you could also go to close by Lake Auburn, and why not stop by Lake Auburn Dam since you're here. Having a tremendous time at Lake Auburn is easy. Gulf Island Pond is a nearby lake that you could have  
   a look at, and Lake Auburn is magnificent enough to spend more than a day at, Maine Campground Owners Association is a magnificent local campground.
People from Lewiston-Auburn love to come to Lake Auburn; Econo Lodge Auburn is a tremendous place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. If you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Nezinscot River. All through the days of summer highs here at Lake Auburn get
 
               into the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. Throughout the wintertime the highs are ordinarily in the 20's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Lake Auburn temperatures drop to the 10's.

Lake Auburn is a wet place that gets a great deal of rainfall; November is the month that gets the most rain while September is regularly the driest month. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Lost Valley, and a tremendous place to camp here at Lake Auburn is Allen Pond Campground.
