     While you're here at Lake Anasagunticook, you could also visit charming Forest Pond, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Sandy River. Lake Anasagunticook generally gets lots of rainfall; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain; February is when it's the driest. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Lake Anasagunticook. Camp Wekeela is a tremendous local campground; the  
   summit of Dunn Ledge can be spotted from Lake Anasagunticook. The snow is glorious at Lost Valley, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn & Suites is a splendid spot to spend a night or two.
Why not camp at Where The Heck R We Campground while you're here at Lake Anasagunticook, and get your heart pumping on the good whitewater of Nezinscot River. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Lake Anasagunticook you obtain some wonderful water scenery at Lake
 
               Anasagunticook Dam, and do pop by Lake Anasagunticook, it's a beautiful lake. This lake is so wonderful. At Lake Anasagunticook you always meet someone from Lewiston-Auburn, and Wilson Lake Inn is a good place to get some rest.
During the days of summer at Lake Anasagunticook highs are frequently in the 70's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 50's. During the winter highs are generally in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Lake Anasagunticook temperatures sink to the 0's. If you're here at Lake Anasagunticook, you could visit Bog Brook; why not head up to Titcomb and strap some skis to your feet.

A Dopplemayr quad chairlift replaces the Kennebago T-bar which was difficult to ride because of the steep terrain. The new chair will now provide easy access to the spectacular high-elevation advanced terrain with incredible views of the lakes and Western Maine Mountains.
