Kyle Pond gets a common amount of precipitation; July is when you get the most rain here, and February is the month with the least moisture. During the summer highs here at Kyle Pond get into the 70's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Kyle Pond dipping down into the-10's through winter nights. This lake is       so wonderful. Get dripping wet paddling on Smith Brook, and do take a hike on the Telephone Trail. Big Squaw is a pleasant local ski area, and glide down the rapids of Ellis Brook in a kayak. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at close by Little Indian Pond, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Old Telos Tote Road. Not far from Kyle Pond, you'll come across Woodman Pond which is a pretty lake, and you can have a splendid                  hiking adventure along the Carry Trail. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Kyle Pond.
